Amber Fidler, SHRM-CP, CEO
An expert in leadership and organizational psychology, with two decades of experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and retail. A former VP of HR at several high-growth startups, she drove impressive expansion, securing one company's spot among the state's fastest-growing private enterprises and eventually supporting the organization during their exit for $948mm. Amber's expertise also extends to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, underpinned by her Sociology and Public Administration background and SHRM membership.
